乘風(fēng)破浪新學(xué)期 精彩外教第一課——初中高端英語項(xiàng)目開學(xué)第一周工作回顧

新學(xué)期,，新起點(diǎn),，新希望，我校初中高端英語組經(jīng)過一個(gè)暑假的精心籌備,，再次以飽滿的狀態(tài)迎來了開學(xué)第一周教學(xué)工作,。
8月30日，初中高端英語項(xiàng)目全體中外教在錄課室召開了新學(xué)期的項(xiàng)目啟動大會,。我校副校長、初中校區(qū)執(zhí)行校長楊磊出席會議,，會議由初中高端英語項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人張麗君主任主持,。
首先，楊磊對中外教過去一年的工作給予了充分的肯定,，同時(shí)希望項(xiàng)目中外籍教師們在新的挑戰(zhàn)下能夠突破以往的成績結(jié)合學(xué)情精準(zhǔn)教研,、給學(xué)生提供更好的英語特色教育，并希望中外籍教師配合能更加緊密,，幫助每一位學(xué)生成為更好的自己,。
隨后，張麗君就本學(xué)期高端英語項(xiàng)目的重點(diǎn)工作進(jìn)行了解讀,，其中包括教學(xué),、教研的要求、學(xué)生活動,、學(xué)生測評,、加強(qiáng)英語閱讀等，并再次規(guī)范了高端英語項(xiàng)目中外籍教師的工作要求：備好每一節(jié),，上好每節(jié)課,，認(rèn)真準(zhǔn)備每一次課內(nèi)和課外活動，打好配合,。她期望學(xué)生能通過外教課愛上英語學(xué)習(xí),，學(xué)習(xí)國際文化,，擴(kuò)大國際視野，為以后進(jìn)入國際高中或出國學(xué)習(xí)打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ),。
接著,，外教們逐一展示了自己精心準(zhǔn)備的第一次課堂內(nèi)容，并對照課堂評價(jià)表進(jìn)行了互評,。通過此說課活動進(jìn)一步明確了外教教學(xué)過程中的行為規(guī)范及具體要求,，力求切實(shí)可行、細(xì)致到每一步具體的操作層面,，以保證今后教學(xué)有條不紊,。
中外教師們紛紛表示本次開學(xué)前培訓(xùn)讓自己收獲滿滿，對接下來的工作充滿的信心和希望,。在接下來的工作中他們將積極貢獻(xiàn)自己的智慧,，關(guān)注每一個(gè)學(xué)生，和孩子們一起成長,。
開學(xué)第一周,，全體外籍教師們精神面貌飽滿、精心準(zhǔn)備,，為學(xué)生帶來了精彩紛呈的英語閱讀,、寫作、口語,、科學(xué)等課程,。外籍教師們除了給學(xué)生提出本學(xué)期的要求和講解評價(jià)方式以外，Mrs. Pamela 在第一周為初一學(xué)生們帶來了國外本土的閱讀策略和閱讀方式,，告訴學(xué)生如何能夠積累詞匯,；外教Mr. Ryan的課幽默風(fēng)趣，課堂中總是動靜結(jié)合,，在寫作課中給初二學(xué)生們講解寫作中的重要成分并設(shè)計(jì)fly to moon的游戲以最大程度激活了學(xué)生頭腦中的詞匯并運(yùn)用,。在Miss Kirsten課堂上，初三同學(xué)們學(xué)習(xí)了圖表作文的寫法,，并進(jìn)行了雅思口語練習(xí),。
初中高端英語組的中外籍教師們鼓足干勁，會源源不斷地為同學(xué)們帶來更多精彩的學(xué)習(xí)課堂和活動,，敬請期待,！

“In my class, you will be able to learn many reading skills, build up your vocabulary and at the end of the class, you will have your own report, so keep going!” That was how Mrs. Chan began the first class, from which we have a better understanding of what we will do in this semester.
Mrs. Chan is logical and so is her class. The most impressive part is the way she tells us how to accumulate vocabulary by making our own vocabulary charts, including the word itself, the part of speech, definition together with a quick sketch that enables us to understand the word in direct way. Besides, her class is very funny as well, she always tells us many jokes to make us relaxed. I believe that at the end of this year, we will reach our goal finally and get the report that we want.

Mrs. Chan is amiable, and she is the greatest teacher I have ever met. She seems a little serious, but she is always willing to help us to work out our problems when we are in need. Her classes are not only interesting, but also enable us to broaden our horizons and enlarge our vocabulary. I am so fortunate to have her as my teacher.

After the long summer vocation, we could finally come to school, this year our foreign teacher is Ryan. He comes from England. At the first class, he tells us a lot about Britain and himself. All of us were given chances to introduce ourselves. This year, we will have reading, science, and writing classes, Ryan told us that if we behave very well in class, we could be rewarded game time, Yeah~

Our English teacher has very a beautiful voice and very native accent. At the first class, we played a game called fly to the moon, which is a fun game; I never thought that having classes could be so much fun. He stresses that daily performance is especially important for our final score. I could understand most of what the teacher said. I think I will be more confident in English learning.

As the new semester begins, my favorite foreign teachers’ classes start, too. It is a big challenge for me since we are going to take an IELTS exam at the end of the year. My teacher is Kirsten who is humorous and knowledgeable. She teaches us IELTS speaking and writing. She always makes me immerse myself in her class, she encourages me to be more confident when answering questions and having discussions with the other classmates. Studying English with Kirsten is an enjoyable experience for me.
