我校初中進行北師大“鄉(xiāng)村卓越教師培養(yǎng)計劃”跟崗研修活動

本周,,參加“北京師范大學(xué)-鄉(xiāng)村卓越教師培養(yǎng)計劃“的四名學(xué)員在導(dǎo)師林平的帶領(lǐng)下,,于我校初中校區(qū)進行了為期三天的跟崗活動?;顒訒r間為11月25日至27日,,主要內(nèi)容包括聽課、評課,、備課,、授課,與我校初中英語教師一同參加進修和教研活動等,。
This week, a team of four teachers from Qingchuan County, Sichuan Province, led by Prof. Lin Ping, came to our school and observed the teaching and researching activities in the Junior High School from Monday to Wednesday.
跟崗的前兩天,,青川的老師們深入初一、初二英語課堂進行聽評課活動,。我校吳夢娟,、趙小敏、李玉英等老師在臨時通知,、并未做任何特殊準備的情況下呈現(xiàn)了不同班型,、不同課型、不同教學(xué)內(nèi)容的六節(jié)高質(zhì)量的英語常態(tài)課,,受到了觀課教師和專家的一致好評,,體現(xiàn)了我校初中英語教師過硬的教學(xué)基本功和扎實的專業(yè)素養(yǎng);同時我校學(xué)生流暢的口語表達和活躍的思維能力也給青川的老師們留下了深刻的印象,。
During the first two days, the trainee teachers mainly observed classes in Grade Seven and Grade Eight. The classes they observed covered a wide range of class types, lesson types and contents. Although our teachers had been given a very short notice and thus didn’t have enough time to make full preparations, their classes were of high quality and won favorable reviews from Prof. Lin as well as the trainee teachers, showing the teaching abilities and language competence of BFLS Junior High School English teachers. Meanwhile, the students also left a deep impression on the teachers observing classes with their fluent oral English and active thinking.
另外在本周二青川的老師們共同參加的海淀區(qū)教師進修活動中,,恰好由我校初一英語教師谷麗華進行教材教法分析,,谷老師的講課得到了多年擔(dān)任海淀區(qū)英語教研員的林平老師的高度評價。
On Tuesday afternoon, the trainee teachers took part in the training program of all the teachers in Haidian District, during which time one of the main presenters was Gu Lihua, an English teacher from our school. Ms. Gu’s lecture was sung highly of by Prof. Lin Ping who had worked as an instructor of English teaching in Haidian for many years before retiring.
周三上午,,青川的兩位老師分別在初一,、初二進行了兩節(jié)展示課。老師們針對我校學(xué)生的學(xué)情精心設(shè)計教學(xué)方案,,在授課過程中也得到了我校學(xué)生的全力配合,,授課效果受到了導(dǎo)師的肯定。
On Wednesday two trainee teachers from Qingchuan presented open classes, one in Grade Seven and one in Grade Eight. Their teaching plans were well designed and both classes were recognized favorably by their instructor.
每次聽課后,,我校教師都會與青川的老師們一起討論,,跟專家一起反思教學(xué)設(shè)計和實施過程,虛心請教,,不斷改進,。
Each day the trainee teachers would gather to discuss what they had observed and the teachers from our school would join them each time and reflect on our own
teaching.
通過參與此次“鄉(xiāng)村卓越教師培養(yǎng)計劃“跟崗活動,我們一方面展示了我校初中英語教學(xué)的特色,,同時也增長了見識開闊了視野,,激勵老師們更加努力地提升自己,使我校初中英語教學(xué)質(zhì)量得到進一步提高,。
We were lucky to be part of the “Excellent Country Teachers Training Program”. It not only provided us with an opportunity to display the teaching quality in BFLS Junior High School but also broadened our horizon and encouraged us to work harder to improve ourselves.
