吳夢娟,，英語學(xué)科高級教師,，海淀區(qū)骨干教師。她教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，著眼于學(xué)生英語學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)特別是思維能力的培養(yǎng)，以學(xué)生為主體,，充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生英語學(xué)習(xí)的積極性，助力學(xué)生成為具有國際視野和愛國情懷的人才,。
吳夢娟在教學(xué)中十分重視對學(xué)生進(jìn)行學(xué)法指導(dǎo),，例如她在教學(xué)中充分利用思維導(dǎo)圖和以及其他圖形組織工具在教學(xué)中的廣泛應(yīng)用。此外,，她非常注重抓基礎(chǔ),，如學(xué)生語音語調(diào)的提升和詞匯量的積累等等。教學(xué)之余,，吳夢娟積極充實(shí)和提升自己,。她利用周末時(shí)間參加劍橋TKT培訓(xùn)，并于2014年以較好的成績通過TKT考試,，獲得TKT三個(gè)模塊的資格證書,。
在完成好本職工作的同時(shí)，吳夢娟還熱心公益,，參加了一些義務(wù)支教活動(dòng),。2019年暑假期間隨北京外國語大學(xué)張?jiān)沤淌谝煌昂颖笔∏帻垵M族自治縣開展暑期英語骨干教師培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)，為參訓(xùn)教師做課例分享,，獲得參訓(xùn)老師們的一致好評,；2019年11月為北京師范大學(xué)-四川青川“鄉(xiāng)村卓越教師培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃“的項(xiàng)目做英語展示課，收到學(xué)員的好評,。2020年12月5日晚7:30-9:00,，吳夢娟老師參加中外語言交流合作中心（原孔子學(xué)院總部，教育部直屬事業(yè)單位）的助力教育脫貧攻堅(jiān)項(xiàng)目的支教活動(dòng),，為甘肅,、貴州、河北,、云南的老師們做了關(guān)于課堂管理以及課例分析的公益講座，老師們表示收獲很大。
教學(xué)之余,，吳夢娟積極參加教科研活動(dòng),，作為課題負(fù)責(zé)人，帶領(lǐng)課題組成員完成了一個(gè)海淀區(qū)“十三五”科研規(guī)劃課題并順利結(jié)題,。之后,，她參加了海淀區(qū)教科院課題海淀區(qū)教師學(xué)習(xí)科學(xué)素養(yǎng)提升項(xiàng)目的子課題，作為執(zhí)行人參加為期一年多的培訓(xùn)獲得優(yōu)秀學(xué)員稱號,，然后她積極參加課題研究的區(qū)級公開課,，并帶領(lǐng)課題組教師撰寫開題報(bào)告。
經(jīng)過十幾載的不懈耕耘,，吳夢娟的付出收獲了眾多的榮譽(yù),。她撰寫的文章《思維導(dǎo)圖在一節(jié)完整的初中英語閱讀課中的應(yīng)用》榮獲北京市第六屆“智慧教師”教育教學(xué)研究成果二等獎(jiǎng)；她撰寫的《反思座位的設(shè)立》在海淀區(qū)2018年度班主任“一招鮮”案例征集活動(dòng)中榮獲三等獎(jiǎng),。她指導(dǎo)學(xué)生楊昊儒參加中國日報(bào)社主辦的第七屆“21世紀(jì)杯”全國中小學(xué)生英語演講比賽北京地區(qū)決賽獲得高中組一等獎(jiǎng),；指導(dǎo)劉靜怡等學(xué)生獲“第五屆首都學(xué)生外語展示系列活動(dòng)”中學(xué)組原創(chuàng)英文戲劇比賽二等獎(jiǎng)；指導(dǎo)魏宜美同學(xué)參加二十一世紀(jì)英文報(bào)2017年北京市中學(xué)生“我是小記者”英語寫作大賽獲得初中組一等獎(jiǎng),；2020年指導(dǎo)學(xué)生孟想?yún)⒓?020年“希望中國“雙語文化藝術(shù)節(jié),、第十一屆 “希望中國”青少年文化素養(yǎng)演講風(fēng)采展評活動(dòng)背景地區(qū)終評中獲得三等獎(jiǎng)。 多次被評為校級優(yōu)秀教師和“特殊貢獻(xiàn)提名獎(jiǎng)”,； 2011年獲得海淀區(qū)中學(xué)教師教學(xué)基本功比賽解題能力一等獎(jiǎng),；2016年獲得海淀區(qū)教育系統(tǒng)“三八”紅旗手稱號。2019年所授班級英語成績優(yōu)異獲得北外附?！笆讓弥锌甲吭姜?jiǎng)”,；2019年獲得海淀區(qū)區(qū)級骨干教師稱號。

2012屆畢業(yè)生 李祖佳：
When I was in the middle school, Miss Wu was my English teacher, who still has a great influence on me today. When I just entered the middle school, I didn’t really have any interest in English. Miss Wu noticed that, but she didn’t blame me. She just talked with me in a very friendly way. Miss Wu shared with me her English learning experience, which helped me realize the importance of English. Gradually,，I got more interested in English and set a goal for my English study. By the end of the junior high, I had become a top student of English in my class. For me, Miss Wu is not only an English teacher, but also a friend whom I would like to speak my mind with. I still remember the first time,，I was praised by my college English teacher. At that moment, I was so desirous to express my thanks to Miss Wu. It is you who has lit up my way of English learning.
2016屆畢業(yè)生 張欣：
My teacher Miss Wu is a dedicated teacher. She is very strict in her class because she expects her students to learn more knowledge. Actually, many of the English learning methods she gave me before are still very useful for me. Although Miss Wu is very strict with students, she is very concerned about the students especially about their mental well-being. So you can often see her talk with the students after class. Whenever she sees an unhappy face, she will offer comfort and help in time. She is such a nice teacher that I respect and love her very much.
2019屆畢業(yè)生 魏宜美：
Miss Wu is a great teacher for my journey of English learning. She has a strong sense of responsibility and cares about every single student. She is very patient and hard-working. In class, she is strict and serious. But after class, she is sometimes like an elder sister to us. What's more, as an experienced teacher, she teaches students with various unique methods, which makes our English learning a cheerful and unforgettable journey. In a word, she is absolutely an excellent English teacher!

Miss Wu, thank you for making our boring study a journey of pleasure. I am deeply grateful for what you have done for us. You are not only a good teacher, but also a close friend. You patiently correct the mistakes in our pronunciation; you carefully mark our homework until late at night; you teach us how to be a better man. How lucky I am to meet you, a responsible teacher and a nice friend! I can't express my gratitude to you in words.
