“引領(lǐng)一場猛烈的口語風(fēng)暴”——初中高端英語項(xiàng)目開展本學(xué)期第一次英語角活動(dòng)

為幫助學(xué)生切實(shí)提高口語運(yùn)用能力,、提升英語綜合水平,、增加主動(dòng)說英語的機(jī)會,，本學(xué)期初中高端英語項(xiàng)目將開展一系列的英語角活動(dòng),。
9月18日中午，初中高端英語項(xiàng)目第一次英語角活動(dòng)在寬敞,、明亮的國際展廳舉行,。本次“英語角”活動(dòng)由外籍教師 Mr. Z策劃并主持。初中國際項(xiàng)目外籍教師Miss Emily,、Mr Amar,、Mr. Adam、Mr. Harris以及初二和初三全體高端英語課程特色班學(xué)生參加了本次活動(dòng),。
活動(dòng)伊始,，Mr. Z首先向同學(xué)們說明了本次英語角活動(dòng)的目的和意義以及英語角與常規(guī)課堂的不同之處，并鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生積極表現(xiàn)自己,，抓住每個(gè)練習(xí)口語的機(jī)會,。
在熱身環(huán)節(jié)，Mr. Z組織學(xué)生進(jìn)行story train的口語練習(xí)活動(dòng),，選出十個(gè)同學(xué)到前面輪流說一個(gè)單詞,，組成故事，Mr Amar也參與到活動(dòng)中和同學(xué)們互動(dòng),，幫助大家迅速地融入英語交流環(huán)境中,。
接著Mr. Z讓同學(xué)們自由結(jié)成2-5人的小組，并布置了小組任務(wù)：表演一個(gè)小故事,，以小組為單位進(jìn)行展示,。接到任務(wù)的同學(xué)們積極、認(rèn)真地籌劃自己的表演,，在準(zhǔn)備過程中,，教師們也融入了學(xué)生們的小組討論中，幫助他們擴(kuò)寬思路,、輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生用英語進(jìn)行表達(dá),，鼓勵(lì)不同層次的學(xué)生進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的語言能力表達(dá)，與同學(xué)們共同創(chuàng)作“劇本”,。
最后的展示環(huán)節(jié)將整個(gè)英語角活動(dòng)推向了高潮,。 Mr. Sean 和同學(xué)們一起再現(xiàn)了“復(fù)仇者聯(lián)盟4“的經(jīng)典片段，當(dāng)Mr Sean扮演的“滅霸”霸氣登場時(shí),，引來同學(xué)們的一陣歡呼,，而Mr. Harris 則是配合同學(xué)們反串了一個(gè)讓家長操心的女生。所有參與活動(dòng)的中教和外教在看完同學(xué)們的表演后忍不住感嘆 “They are so funny, so creative! 孩子們太有趣了,，太有創(chuàng)意了!”
通過本次英語角活動(dòng),，體現(xiàn)了初中高端英語課程班學(xué)生們濃厚的英語學(xué)習(xí)氛圍，拉近了學(xué)生與中外籍教師之間的距離,，為同學(xué)們提供了施展口語才華,、互相交流學(xué)習(xí)的平臺,，相信在這樣的語言氛圍下初中高端英語課程班的學(xué)生們一定能體驗(yàn)到英語學(xué)習(xí)的美妙，更為重要的是,，讓英語這門工具語言真正走入學(xué)生的生活,，成為他們終身受用的寶貴財(cái)富。

English Corner is a great place to learn English because we can learn a lot there. We can also talk with the teachers and classmates using English so that we can improve our speaking skills. I always go to English Corner with my classmates when we are free since it is really a good place.

Before I went to the English Corner, I did not like English a lot since I thought that it was extremely boring. However, after I joined the English Corner today, I quickly found that English Corner is a wonderful place for us to learn English in an easy way. I really had a great fun today Yeah!!!^^

I am a Class 9 Grade 8 student who studies in BFLS this year. I love English Corner very much. I think English Corner is a good way to learn English, we meet new friends here and we can improve our speaking by talking with teachers and schoolmates. We can also play many interesting games and watching films in there. I have a great fun there that’s why I am always in the English Corner. I hope to know more friends there !!!!

I am so excited to take part in the English Corner organized by our foreign teachers. It is such a good opportunity that I can talk with English teachers and get to know about the food culture in different countries. I can also improve my speaking ability by communicating with native speakers in English. I really look forward to next English Corner activity.

Today we joined in English corner and this activity was really fantastic! We set up this event in international class room. All of the students in Class 9, Grade 8, and Class 10, Grade 9 came to join in this activity with English teachers!
Firstly we chose 10 students to come in front of us, and each one said a word to make a story. Secondly, we had 5 students in a group to made up a story in 15 minutes. Thirdly each group acted the story out with the group members. I think we showed the best of ourselves.
All the student learn a lot from this English corner activity. We not only speak out, but also widen our horizons. Everyone shared ideas, and I’m looking forward to attending next English corner activity!

Today, the whole class joined the English corner activity. We had an interesting warming-up game at the beginning. Then, we were divided into several teams, and we composed the script and played the story. Our group created a superhero story. It was interesting when I discussed with my teammates. I think it is an activity that can make us learn a lot, like teamwork, creativity and so on.

Today in our first English corner, my classmates and I had an activity of circumstances show. My group consisted of 5 members. We wrote and produced a story of superhero. We discussed how to get a good plot for our story, and teachers helped us to solve some problems we met. Finally, we performed an very interesting plays. I think this activity is meaningful for everyone.
