“給林校長(zhǎng)的一封建議信”——專訪我校初一四班趙京博,、黃睿麒同學(xué)

趙京博和黃睿麟是我校初一(4)班的學(xué)生,。在一次主題班會(huì)課上,他們倆對(duì)于目前學(xué)校的環(huán)境問(wèn)題和教育現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了深入思考,,并從學(xué)校建設(shè)的角度出發(fā),,給我校校長(zhǎng)林衛(wèi)民寫(xiě)了一封信。信中展現(xiàn)出了他們熱愛(ài)和保護(hù)環(huán)境,、積極思考的優(yōu)秀品質(zhì),。

我校初中英語(yǔ)記者團(tuán)特地邀請(qǐng)到兩位同學(xué),并對(duì)其事跡進(jìn)行了采訪,。

Zhao Jingbo and HuangRuilin are two students of Junior 1 in BFLS (Beijing Foreign Languages School affiliated to BFSU) , one is from class 4, junior1 and the other class 5, junior1.

Recently, principle Lin( the chief leader of our school) has received a letter which talked about the application of garbage recycling in our school. The letter is written by Zhao Jinbo, who said he came up with the idea by visiting the community and learning to classify different garbage. The visit was due to an school activity with the topic of “ learn to classify the garbage and create a better home”. He said that he was responsible to introduce the knowledge of classifying garbage and recycling to the residents of the community. Currently, China follows the traditional methods to deal with the garbage, which are landfills, compost, burning and so on. Those rough ways undoubtedly caused other environmental problems during the process of destroying the garbage. And the classifications of garbage in China are briefly divided as: recyclable, unrecyclable, kitchen garbage and poisonous garbage, which is also rather sloppy. He also proposes some feasible measures for the school to carry out. He suggested that school can change the garbage bin to the four-colored bin that are internationally popular to differentiate the garbage, so that students will know how to classify them. Also, school should make effort to advertise and spread the concept the recycling such as putting up signs or slogans in the bulletin boards and some other places, carrying out activities to educate students the recycling concept and teachers giving lessons to explain and teach them the related knowledge, and inviting professionals or experts to come to school and giving lectures about it.

R:Everyone has their own personal advice for their own schools, but not everyone has the courage to speak it out. Today we are going to meet two classmates who bravely tell their idea to the principals--They wrote a letter about their suggestions and personal opinions. Please introduce yourself.

魏語(yǔ)笑:每個(gè)中學(xué)生都想為母校提出一些建設(shè)方面的建議,。但不是每個(gè)人都有勇氣說(shuō)出自己真實(shí)的想法。那么今天我們邀請(qǐng)到了兩位勇于說(shuō)出自己想法的同學(xué)。他們竟然給校長(zhǎng)寫(xiě)了兩封信來(lái)表達(dá)他們的想法和建議?,F(xiàn)在就讓我們一起認(rèn)識(shí)一下他們吧,。

Zhao: We are from class4, junior1, my name is ZhaoJing bo and my English name is Bob.He is my classmate,and his name is HuangRui lin and his English name is Andy.

趙京博:我們是北外附校初一4班的學(xué)生。我是趙京博,,這是我同學(xué)黃睿麟,。

R: Nice to meet you two. And my first question is: What did you two write about?

魏語(yǔ)笑:很高興認(rèn)識(shí)你們。我想問(wèn)的第一個(gè)問(wèn)題是:你們給校長(zhǎng)的信里,,寫(xiě)了什么,?

Zhao: I wrote about the garbage recycling, it contains many different aspects.Such as recyclable waste, non- recyclable waste and hazardous waste.

Huang: And I worte about writing formulas on stairs of our buildings.

趙京博:我寫(xiě)了一些關(guān)于在校園內(nèi)開(kāi)展垃圾回收利用的事情。以及關(guān)于垃圾回收的一些相關(guān)建議,。

黃睿麟:我寫(xiě)了關(guān)于在學(xué)校樓梯上張貼公式等學(xué)科知識(shí)的建議,。

R:You both seem to have ideas. Second, we would like to know: What inspired you to write to the principals?

魏:你們倆都很有想法。那么是如何想到要給林校長(zhǎng)寫(xiě)信的呢,?

Zhao:When I served as a volunteer in the community, I found that people's lack of awareness of garbage recycling, object reusing and garbage classification, so I planned to spread relevant knowledge in the school.

趙:我有一次在社區(qū)做志愿者,,發(fā)現(xiàn)社區(qū)的人們對(duì)于垃圾回收,廢物利用和垃圾分類的知識(shí)非常缺乏,。而且他們這方面意識(shí)也很淡薄,。我就想要去普及這些觀念給人們。我覺(jué)得在學(xué)校首先開(kāi)展這項(xiàng)活動(dòng)是很有意義和較容易實(shí)施的,。

R:You both gave me a perfect explanations for my question. Let`s move to the third one:  How did you finish the proposal? Did you meet some difficulties?

魏:你們提出這些建議的過(guò)程中有沒(méi)有遇到什么困難,?

Zhao: When I first wrote this letter, I didn't have any terminology in the field. With a large amount of knowledge in the later period, I know all the domestic treatment methods such as incineration and landfill, and have a little knowledge of foreign countries. Later, the writing format was also adjusted.

:我在寫(xiě)信過(guò)程中,發(fā)現(xiàn)我對(duì)于很多垃圾回收的術(shù)語(yǔ)不是很了解,。后來(lái)我查閱了相關(guān)的資料,了解到了此領(lǐng)域內(nèi)很多垃圾處理方式比如說(shuō):填埋,,焚燒等等,。我還了解到了其他國(guó)家是怎么處理垃圾的。

R:It seems that being an advisor is not easy either. Finally, here comes to the last question: Then, how did school respond?

:提建議本身就是有一定困難的,。那么學(xué)校是怎么回復(fù)的呢,?

Zhao:That is not a question I need to consider.I am only give my suggestion.That is all.Of course, I also think it should be done by everyone.

趙:我覺(jué)得這不是我目前需要考慮的問(wèn)題。我只是說(shuō)出了我想說(shuō)的和做我應(yīng)該做的,。當(dāng)然,,我還是希望每個(gè)人都能了解到這些環(huán)保知識(shí)并樹(shù)立環(huán)保意識(shí)。

R:Okay. Thank you two very much. Well all of us should learn your courage and fresh ideas, also wish our school get better day by day.

敬愛(ài)的林校長(zhǎng):

您好,!我的名字叫趙京博,,來(lái)自初一(4)班,是北外附校一名普通的中學(xué)生。平時(shí)喜歡看書(shū)讀報(bào),,當(dāng)然科技小創(chuàng)作也是我的興趣,。這次非常榮幸有這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)給您寫(xiě)信,感謝您在百忙之中抽出時(shí)間閱讀我的來(lái)信,。

上周四中午,,為了響應(yīng)首都少年先鋒隊(duì)學(xué)習(xí)雷鋒精神的號(hào)召,班主任潘老師組織我們前往西二旗社區(qū)開(kāi)展了“學(xué)習(xí)垃圾分類,,共創(chuàng)美好家園”雷鋒月主題志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng),。本次主題活動(dòng)中,我擔(dān)當(dāng)著清掃社區(qū)垃圾美化社區(qū)環(huán)境,,向社區(qū)居民宣講有關(guān)于垃圾分類知識(shí)的任務(wù),。其中“宣講垃圾分類”令我印象深刻,從最初的撿拾到后來(lái)的分類對(duì)我有著不小的考驗(yàn),。

在此過(guò)程中,,我深深的感受到了我國(guó)城市垃圾問(wèn)題的嚴(yán)峻性以及生態(tài)環(huán)境越發(fā)惡化的危機(jī)感。隨著人民生活水平的不斷提高,,我國(guó)生活垃圾在以每年5%-8%左右的速度上升,,垃圾圍城正在給中國(guó)的城市敲墻警鐘。目前,,我國(guó)城市垃圾的處置方法主要是填埋,、堆肥、焚燒等傳統(tǒng)的消納傾倒方式,,不僅浪費(fèi)大量的資源,,同時(shí)還會(huì)造成嚴(yán)重的后果:污染空氣、污染水體,、生物性污染,、侵占大量土地......目前國(guó)內(nèi)四種主要的垃圾分類:可回收垃圾、不可回收垃圾,、廚余垃圾以及有害垃圾,。然而雖有著明確的歸類,但在活動(dòng)中發(fā)現(xiàn)在無(wú)論是在社區(qū)中還是在校園中,,人們對(duì)垃圾分類的意識(shí)卻十分淡薄,。

我之前也到過(guò)很多國(guó)家游學(xué),也查找過(guò)相關(guān)資料進(jìn)行相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)習(xí)和對(duì)比,。個(gè)人觀點(diǎn),,相比較國(guó)外成熟的學(xué)校垃圾分類教育,國(guó)內(nèi)主要是提倡垃圾減量化,、無(wú)害化,、資源化處理可行途徑,。而我們學(xué)校作為外國(guó)語(yǔ)特色學(xué)校也應(yīng)提倡與重視垃圾分類,并且注重資源的科學(xué)處理并再利用,。我們應(yīng)該積極納新,,汲取前兩者之精華,在北外附校從學(xué)前班開(kāi)始就培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自覺(jué)進(jìn)行垃圾分類的意識(shí)以及規(guī)范環(huán)境衛(wèi)生意識(shí),。

垃圾分類的意義體現(xiàn)于,,最大限度地實(shí)現(xiàn)垃圾資源利用,減少垃圾處置量,,改善生存環(huán)境質(zhì)量等方面,。它的重要性不言而喻,因此對(duì)于學(xué)校開(kāi)展垃圾分類,,我有以下幾個(gè)方面建議及措施:

(1)更換校園垃圾桶—用現(xiàn)在國(guó)際流行的四色垃圾桶來(lái)區(qū)分垃圾類型,,并且在桶上面有明顯的標(biāo)識(shí),讓同學(xué)們能夠正確識(shí)別桶的類型從而正確放入垃圾,。

(2)在食堂,、校園宣傳欄等地方利用“文化墻”等形式廣泛宣傳。

(3)在全校范圍內(nèi)開(kāi)展“學(xué)習(xí)垃圾分類,,從我做起”主題系列教育活動(dòng),。可以利用隊(duì)會(huì)或者班會(huì)的形式,,也可在科學(xué)課上向同學(xué)們普及垃圾分類知識(shí),。

(4)全校開(kāi)展垃圾分類“知識(shí)競(jìng)賽”,讓同學(xué)們能夠主動(dòng)參與到垃圾分類以及處理的活動(dòng)中來(lái),,養(yǎng)成好習(xí)慣,。

(5)邀請(qǐng)科學(xué)院的有關(guān)專家或者有資源的家長(zhǎng)代表進(jìn)行專題講座。

(6)成立專門(mén)的垃圾分類志愿者服務(wù)隊(duì)或者學(xué)生社團(tuán)組織,,定期活動(dòng)宣講并且指導(dǎo)更多的同進(jìn)行正確垃圾分類,。

(7)帶領(lǐng)同學(xué)們走進(jìn)垃圾處理廠,參觀工作間,,了解垃圾處理再利用的意義和價(jià)值。

(8)每月評(píng)選一次“環(huán)保之星”,,鼓勵(lì)和表彰在垃圾分類以及保護(hù)環(huán)境方面有突出貢獻(xiàn)和事跡的同學(xué),。

我由衷的建議學(xué)校鼓勵(lì)垃圾分類,并令學(xué)生了解分類知識(shí),,積極宣揚(yáng)與倡導(dǎo),,讓同學(xué)們“垃圾分類記心中”,讓“垃圾分類,,凈化校園”成風(fēng),。

十分感謝林校長(zhǎng)抽出時(shí)間閱讀,。我相信如今的努力和對(duì)垃圾分類的重視會(huì)令北外附校的明天會(huì)更好。通過(guò)這次志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)也讓我有了今后努力學(xué)習(xí),,拼搏奮斗的方向,,投身于中國(guó)的環(huán)境保護(hù)事業(yè)中去的決心,為中華民族的偉大復(fù)興貢獻(xiàn)自己的力量,。最后,,祝愿林校長(zhǎng)身體健康,工作順利,!祝愿北外附校在您的帶領(lǐng)下早日實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)際知名,,國(guó)內(nèi)一流的國(guó)際化特色學(xué)校。
