How to Stay Healthy

It is very important to stay healthy and there is a simple way to get it.
At first, we should eat right foods. We should eat a lot of grains because they can bring us energy. We should eat less fatty foods because they are bad for ourselves. We also must eat plenty of vegetables and fruit such as cabbages, onions, tomatoes, apples, oranges and so on to keep in shape.
Secondly, we should do exercises for thirty minutes or more every day. There are many fun ways to keep healthy such as taking a walk, swimming, practicing yoga, playing soccer, and so on. But don’t forget to wear equipments to protect ourselves.
Finally, we shouldn’t stay up too late because it is bad for our health. We must get enough sleep everyday to recover ourselves.
Those are the ways to stay healthy.

How to take care of yourself?
First, you should everyday. Exercise for 30 minutes or more and drink lots of water every day. And remember to wear comfortable shoes when you exercise. Wear equipment, because it can protect yourself. If you don’t, you could get hurt. When you have a toothache, you should go to the dentist. You shouldn’t stay up late and don’t eat too mach candy. Take sunscreen on sunny days to protect yourself.
If you do as I say, you can take care of yourself!

Everyone should keep healthy and take care of the body of yours.
Everyone should exercise for 30 minutes or more every day. There are many fun ways to do exercise, such as soccer, jumping rope and swimming. It is good for your heart and muscles, and when you do it, you will have a lot of fun.
You should eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables everyday. Some vegetables are good for your eyes, like carrots. Eating all kinds of vegetables and fruit is good for your health.
You should not stay up late, you must sleep early and get up early, if you do not, you would not feel good. Get plenty of sleep everyday!
There are three ideas I give you to help you keep in shape. They are important for you! Remember to take care of yourself!

Everyone should do exercise for 30 minutes or more every day, so we can stay healthy. You should do more sports,like swimming,,walking,,jumping rope,,and playing soccer. And you should eat plenty of fruit and vegetables every day. Fruit and vegetables are good sources of vitamins, minerals and fiber, and they can help you stay healthy.
These things are easy to do. So you can take care of yourself!

Taking care of yourself is very easy.
You should drink 8 glasses of water or more every day. You should exercise every day and shouldn’t watch TV or play computer all day. You should wear sunscreen on sunny days to protect yourself. Don’t stay up too late, because you will not feel right the next day. You should eat lots of grains, fruit and vegetables, eat some meat and milk and eat little fats, oils and sweets. Before exercise or a game you should warm up and stretch yourself, and wear equipment to protect yourself.
Look! It is easy to take care of yourself.

You should take care of yourself. But how? Let me tell you.
First, you should eat right food. Eat enough vegetables and fruit. Don’t eat too much junk food, such as candy and cake. After you eat something, you should brush your teeth.
Second, you should get exercise everyday. Everyone should exercise for 30 minutes or more every day, such as riding a bike, and remember to wear a helmet. Don’t stay in the sun all day, it can burn yourself. If you stay in sun, you should use sunscreen and wear a hat.
Third, you should drink a lot of water. Don’t drink a lot of soda. Get enough sleep, don’t stay up too late.
If you do these things, you could take care of yourself.

Hi! Everyone today we are talking about how to take care of yourself.
If you have an earache you should go to the hospital .If you have a toothache, you should go to the dentist. You shouldn’t eat many sweet foods. If you have a headache, you should take some aspirin. If you have a bad cold, you should drink a lot of water and rest in the bed. You shouldn’t eat too much junk food. If you have a stomachache, you should drink some tea. You shouldn’t eat too much cold food.
