I Wonder Why I Need to Exercise

You know,I don't feel really happy during the winter holiday.Because I always hear these words:"John you need to exercise".And every time when my relatives see me eating they will say:"John don't eat too much.You have be come fatter and fatter"so I always feel upset and depressed.
I really want to know why.am I noy healthy?Look I'm so strong.Why does mom always ask me to do exercise.Do you Know?I should go running,do sits up,cycling and swimming.One day,I was so angry.I thought .I couldn't bear it any more. So I watched TV,ate too much junk food.I know mom was angry,but she didn't get angry with me.The next day,mom take me to the hospital.The doctor gave me a healthy check.Then he said:"Hey boy!you have over weighted,you should lose some weight and do more exercise,when my heard this words.My face turned red.Mom is right.All she does is good for me .
To be a healthy boy,we need have healthy body and playing sport,is very important.
