Last winter vacation, I went to my father’s hometown and my mother’s hometown by car with my parents.

My father’s hometown is a little village in Nanyang, Henan. There was no heater in the room, so I felt very cold. I wore my coat in the room every day. On the New Year’s Eve, my uncle bought many fireworks and firecrackers. The sound was very loud, but it was very beautiful.

My mother’s hometown is in Xinji, Hebei. It’s a little city. It was very warm in the room. I only wore a sweater. I like to play with my cousins. In the evening, we went to the Leifeng Square to see many kinds of lanterns, and they were very beautiful.
